We made special agreements with civil law notaries to service our customers. Communication in English is essential. A valuation report is needed for the bank from which you are lending.

Retourion is charging you a fixed fee for their mortgage services. The type and amount of your mortgage is completely irrelevant. You are not paying a closing fee to the bank. Tax consulting

Depending on your personal situation you may be obliged to file a tax return with the Dutch Tax Authorities annually. In certain situation it might even be worthwhile to file a tax return initiated by yourself. We can provide below mentioned tax services.
